Listen to Episode 152, where Dr. Arthur Christopoulos walked us through a brief history of allosteric modulation. Interesting insights!

In Episode 153, we welcomed Dr. Jacek Mokrosiński who shared his expertise on exploring career paths in GPCR research.

In Episode 154,  we went deep into a discussion with our guest, Dr. Badr Sokrat, on self-learning, collaboration, and delegation in science.

To re-cap a successful meeting, we invited some of the organizers of the Endocrine Metabolic GPCRs for Episode 155 to talk about how they put together the scientific program and what they achieved in the process. Meet Drs. Aylin Hanyaloglu, Caroline Gorvin, and Alejandra Tomas.

Last, we released Episode 156, in which Dr. Justin English covers the important topic of empowering drug discovery for the GPCR community.

We will take a summer break to prepare for what’s coming next. In the meantime, replay your favorite episodes featuring Drs. Nicole Perry-Hauser, Benjamin Myers, Fiona Marshall, Bryan Arey, Evi Kostenis, Sam Hoare, and Terry Kenakin.

Dr. GPCR University

We successfully finished the Advanced data analysis for GPCR pharmacology hands-on workshop led by Dr. Sam Hoare.

It is always great to engage in discussions after the lecture is finished and to listen to so many specialists’ perspectives. We believe this has been an amazing platform, not only for learning but also for networking, clearing away doubts, and becoming a CRC super-user.

If you want to join the next Dr. GPCR University courses, mark your calendar for September and October 2024.

Dr. Terry Kenakin's upcoming courses:

  • September 2024:

Principles of Pharmacology in Drug Discovery I: Techniques for Effective Lead Optimization of Candidate Molecules

  • October 2024:

Principles of Pharmacology in Drug Discovery II: Advanced Methods for the Optimization of Candidate Selection

Stay tuned as we plan to open registrations for both classes in July 2024.
